At PrivaLux Hair, we deliver premium Vietnamese SSD Bundles + Closure sets straight to your door with care and speed. 

•Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment. 

•Shipping Method: We use trusted couriers across South Africa to ensure safe delivery. 

•Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. 

•Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over R1000; standard rates apply for orders under R1000

•Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will to be sent via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package. 

 

Returns 

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns/exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only within 7 days of delivery. 

•Items must be unopened and in original condition. 

•To request a return, contact us at info@privaluxhair.com or via WhatsApp. 

•Refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

•Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed used, or altered.
